About the collection

We are a husband-and-wife team from the Netherlands who began fossil hunting in September 2021. What started as a curiosity quickly grew into a deep and ongoing passion. While Maasvlakte 2 is our main spot to look for fossils and artifacts, we have since then visited numerous other sites and look forward to discovering many more.

This catalog exists to document our collection, share knowledge, and facilitate open exchange. All specimens in this collection were found by us. We hope it may serve as a reference for others, while also remaining a platform through which we can continue to learn about our own finds, through the input of others.
